Bodrum Ambalaj
In our Bodrum Ambalaj Production facility, which was established in Muğla-Milas in 2016, we produce the production of 450000 units of Big Bag (Industrial Type Large Sack).
Big Bag Fast shipment is easy and low cost and provides an advantage for the user in transporting and storage of dust and granular materials. Our products are used in different industries such as coal, chemistry, minerals, minerals, petrochemistry, agriculture, feed, seeds and fertilizers.
Every big bag is designed in consultation with the customer in order to meet the individual requirements of handling, size, weight, filling and emptying process, product safety, handling safety and esthetics
There are many Big Bag models, these big bags vary according to the type of substances they carry and the weight characteristics of the weight.
Bigbag (FIBC)
Bigbag (FIBC) sand, fertilizer, cement, grain, milk powder, sugar, all kinds of granules and powder etc. It is an industrial packaging material made of polypropylene fabric, designed for the storage and transportation of dry and flowing products.
Bigbag is produced from laminated or unlaminated polypropylene fabric and can be with or without polyethylene nylon. It has the capacity to safely carry loads between 200 kg and 2000 kg.

STANDARD 4 LOOPS BIG BAGS
The most standard FIBC in the market. Combination of a U shape panel fabric with two side panels. Suitable for all packaging groups.

1-2 LOOPS FIBC
It is perfect for situations where relatively low packaging weights and filling rate are very important, such as 500 to 1000 kg.
Standard 4-loops Bigbag
The most standard FIBC in the market. Combination of a U shape panel fabric with two side panels. Suitable for all packaging groups.
The bag can be lifted from the top by a forklift that has to catch all four loops. For the manipulation of a 4-loop bag, you generally need a forklift driver and a manipulator that helps a fork to pass through a loop. Loop height starting from the top of the bag (free loop height) depends on customer requirements.
Crosscorner Bigbag
Cross-corner big bags have loops that are sewn to eight points in opposite corners so that the loops have a larger opening. Certain users claim that it was easier to manipulate with this kind of loops. Cross-corner loops require that bags are made from circular fabric. Cross-corner bags can be combined with all big bag types.
1-2 LOOPS FIBC
One and two loops are simpler and more economical than 4 loops on the corners and are mainly used for lifting bulk bags with smaller capacity (from 500 to 1500 kg).
Loops can be made in different colors for easier identification of products. One or two loops for lifting are mainly used for packing fertilizers, as it is the easiest was for agricultural users to manipulate with one loop.

Our Bigbags are made of completely recyclable polypropylene raw material. In addition, in general, the carbon footprint of Bigbags, the transport of empty Bigbags only requires minimum space and the Bigbags have only a few kg weight, which means that only a small amount of raw materials are required
